My Interwebs Schedule

Monday, January 8th 2012
11am- Check Facebook
11:15am- Check Facebook again. Still nothing interesting happened.
1:00pm- Guess what? Facebook! Hooray! A notification!
1:01pm- It's an event request. Damn.
1:30pm- Check Blogger to make sure all my blogs didn't magically disappear for some reason.
2:00pm- Start watching some live-streaming of soccer... in class. I'm such a rebel.
4:00pm- Get frustrated with PioneerNet. Utter obscenities and shut down computer due to frustration.
5:00pm- Proudly turning on laptop; I lasted a whole hour! PioneerNet seems to be working again too! Hooray!
8:00pm- Give up on homework for the night and watch The Daily Show episodes for the rest of the night.

Tuesday, January 9th 2012
10am- Facebook to coordinate the completion of a project.
12pm- Start researching for a project due tomorrow.
12:30pm- Stumble onto StumbleUpon.
1:30pm- Attempt to research again.

2:30pm- Pandora radio while I write two papers and blog.

  1. I can completely relate to your 11:15am post "Check Facebook again. Still nothing interesting happened."
This seems to be a common theme; the need to view Facebook even though we know that nothing has changed. Do we do this because we are bored? Or is our generation truly addicted to Facebook?
