Creating my own blog was easy. The level of difficulty in creating a catchy name, URL and hit "okay" was not very high. Now the actual difficulty comes with putting my own thoughts together to form a creative, interesting post. That and remembering my password.
Blogs are different than other sites, like Facebook or Twitter, in a sense that the stereotypical blog is actually a collection of intelligent thoughts. Facebook and Twitter accounts, however, are typically not. Too often we see misspelling of words and inaccurate information.
To be honest, I never fully understood the purpose of blogs. Whether it was for authors writing a little bit more for their fans, or for sharing of ideas on the internet, I was not sure. After writing this section of a blog, I found that it is a bit harder than I expected.
I hope that I can eventually get better at blogging!
